Welcome to my airliner photos! There are actually three sets of airliner photos on here, uploaded at different times. First, some general scans from the three years I've been shooting airliners. Second, a batch from a quick trip to Cleveland. And, below them, photos from my recent trip to Canada. Enjoy.

The pictures were scanned from prints by me using a Umax Astra 1200s scanner. The quality is quite good for a relatively inexpensive piece of hardware. These files are stored on America Online, which as we all know breaks down sometimes, so they could take a long time to download.

You are welcome to take any of these photos for your own private enjoyment. If you want to use them on your personal web page or something like that, that is OK too. Just make sure the photo has my black name band on the bottom, and I'd also appreciate it if you'd email me with your site URL. A link to my page on yours would also be great. Any commercial use (yeah, right) and we'll have to talk. Thanks.

Feature Photograph

My first ever airliner photo

OK, this isn't really a very good photograph, I know, but that's sort of the point. I guess. This is, if you can't tell (and I would excuse you if you can't) a Northwest 757-200. I took this picture at the Memphis International Airport on July 27, 1996. This picture is actually a little bit interesting in that it is the only time I can ever recall seeing a 757 loaded from the front passenger door rather than the second passenger door back at the entrance to coach. This may be SOP at MEM, I don't know, but I don't remember every seeing this before.
