Skimmer Road, just a short walk down a private path to the beach (click on
"Beach" for more details and a map showing the position of the path relative to
the house).
The house has a large master bedroom with a king-size bed, two other bedrooms with 2 twin beds each and two baths. There is a large eat-in kitchen with a view to the screened-in porch and back deck, which is ideal for cook-outs. The large L-shaped living room contains a dining area on one arm of the "L" and a comfortable living area centered on a fireplace on the other arm. There is a 25" TV, with cable, DVD/VCR in this part of the house. (There is also a TV and a second VCR in the master bedroom). A small den is also attached to the living area.

equipped (including microwave and dishwasher!), there is an iron and ironing board in one
of the closets and a washer and dryer located on the corridor that leads to the
rear
enclosed service yard. This service yard also has an outside shower.
The house is fully air conditioned and very comfortable – you’ll love it!
Linens, towels and a "start-up" toilet roll and hand soap set are provided – but bring your own beach towels!
