A 25% deposit of the rental rate is required in order to confirm a reservation. The balance of the rent fee, plus $300/wk refundable security deposit, is due 21 days prior to occupancy.

Minimum rental is 7 nights (Saturday to Saturday).

Check-in time is 4:30 p.m. or later

Check -out time is 9-30 a.m.

Pets are not permitted (I cannot make any exception due to health reasons).

Occupancy is limited to six (6) people.

Swimming is allowed at the following pools:

South Beach

Harbor Town

Plantation Club

From May through August there is a charge for the pools.

All linens, a starter supply of soap and toilet tissue and departure cleaning are -included in the rental rate.
