On the day of the spacing rehearsal on the stage at the High School South Auditorium (Sat., 12/08), everyone is required to be there for the Finale from 7:00 – 7:25 pm and to stay through their class time(s). Please arrive 15 minutes early. When your class(es) are finished you may go home or you are welcome to stay and watch the other classes quietly. Remember classes will meet as scheduled at the studio on Saturday, 12/08, unless we tell you otherwise.
We will be holding a bake sale fundraiser to benefit the Children’s Scholarship Program in the lobby on Sat., 12/08 during the spacing rehearsal. Bring your quarters and your sweet tooth.
On the day of the performance (Sun., 12/09), everyone must be at the High School South Auditorium at 3:00 pm, ready to start a Full Dress Rehearsal at 3:30 pm. Plan to stay until 5:30 pm. You will have a break from 5:30-6:30 pm, and are due back to the auditorium by 6:30 PM. The Dress Rehearsal on stage is closed - parents are requested to drop students off at the High School South Auditorium and return by 5:30 pm. Flowers will be available to purchase in the lobby prior to the performance to give to your special dancer to benefit the Children’s Scholarship Program.
Remember, the Performance on Sunday, December 9th begins at 7:00 PM.
