ATTENTION:

STUDENT CHOREOGRAPHERS SHOWCASE PARTICIPANTS

1. Be sure to schedule and complete your appointment with your faculty advisor(s) by Saturday, March 6^th for feedback on your dance. Your choreography should be basically complete by this time.

2. Please give your program information (name of dance, name(s) of dancers, name of choreographer, music information, length of dance, and any other pertinent information) to Jill no later than Saturday, March 6^th.

3. On the day before the performance, Saturday, March 20^th, you should be at the studio by 7:00 pm, and we will set up the space at that time and do a technical rehearsal of the pieces in show order (to be determined). Please bring your music, labeled with your name and track #, and any other instructions (eg. fades). The tech rehearsal will be done in full costume.

4. On the day of the performance, Sunday, March 21^st, you should be at the studio by 3:00 pm, and we will set up the space at that time. We will begin a dress rehearsal at 3:30 pm. House will open at approximately 4:45 pm. Curtain is at 5:00 pm.
