Attorney Jacob has been practicing law since 1984. He has extensive experience in numerous areas of the law including, but not limited to, the following: Mediation; Judicial Law Clerk; formal training and employment as a police officer; investigator for a national copyright enforcement agency; chairman and member of the Elk and Cameron County Boards of View; Special Appointment as Guardian ad litem for numerous cases; Cameron County Juvenile Court Master; chairman and member of numerous arbitration boards; head negotiator for numerous employment contracts and Legal Counsel to various municipalities and non-profit civic organizations.
