We are firm believers in the duty of citizens to provide public service and the philosophy of giving back to the community.  Attorney Jacob has served on the governing and advisory boards, as a volunteer, member or solicitor of numerous civic organizations, including, but not limited to, the United Way, St. Marys Area Ambulance Service, Community Education Council, St. Marys Area Chamber of Commerce, Elk County Children and Youth Agency, Community Nurses, Cavalier Basketball and others.  In addition, he has served as solicitor to various non-profit agencies, municipalities and municipal authorities. Over the years, he has provided legal services to all of the public and private School Districts in both Elk and Cameron Counties. He has served as Juvenile Court Master in Cameron County and as a Youth Advocate in both Elk and Cameron Counties.
