Horseback Riding is competitive. There are stables on both sides of the River. The trails are scenic; guides are courteous, helpful; and horses of a gentler nature.

The streams that feed the Clarion River are well stocked periodically, an abundance of Rainbow, Brook and Brown Trout await your bait. The view from our Fire Tower and Seneca Rock is one that will stay with you a long time. Hiking trails are many and varied in distance to accommodate all. A portion of famed Baker trail travels through the park.
Local Theaters have new plays each week and box office hit movies. The Sawmill Center for the Arts and Crafts is open to all on a daily basis. Excellent, fully stuffed Gift Shops are in abundance. Three 18 hole Golf Courses are within 15 miles distance. The Deer Ranch is one of the largest in Pennsylvania. Nature at your fingertips. Excellent eateries from 5 Star Restaurants to Farmer's Inns to checkered tablecloths and Italian spaghetti will bring you back for more.

Five to seven Campgrounds and beautiful Cook Forest State Park and Clear Creek State park encompass close to 1000 sites from full hook-ups to lost, primitive sites.
Two larger grocery stores and several smaller ones within 7 miles accommodate campers' needs. These complete the outer boundaries with the small village of Cooksburg at its center.
Despite the outer boundary edge, the noise and the glitter,
the lights and the outer attractions, the towering 200 foot White Pine and
Hemlock beckon to young and old alike. The old were once young, for the
