BRENDA SCHOONOVER, currently resides outside Meadville, Pennsylvania, where she works for Crawford Central School District as an elementary principal at Second District. She's been at Second District for almost ten years now, and was previously a guidance counselor at Crawford County Vo-Tech, as well as a math teacher at Meadville Junior High.
Brenda grew up in Meadville, and later attended Allegheny College as well as Edinboro University and Westminster. While in college, she married Jerry Schoonover and later gave birth to her son Todd. She has continued to further her education throughout her career and someday seeks to become an elementary principal.
Brenda is currently involved with Women's Services where she has served on the board of directors, and volunteered as a rape counselor. She also is a G.E.D. examiner.
Brenda's current interests and hobbies include reading, gardening, golfing, eating Eddie's footlongs, going to Hank's frozen custard, and avoiding cooking whenever possible.
